All that we are is the results of our thoughts.

What our mind becomes predominantly preoccupied with, that is what we exude in our surrounding environment.

We go on to impulsively and involuntarily force our mind over what we encounter so it would fit the nature of our thoughts. We end up spending most of our waking life drifting in a lucid dream, chasing a fantasy or running away from a nightmare. A reality misshapen by superimposed sensations generated by the nature of our thoughts.

We comfort ourselves that we have a firm grasp on our reality and that others are lacking in this regard, then seek like minded people for validation. We cultivate beliefs so we wouldn't be left with our frustrating cognitive limitations and crippling uncertainty of living in an universe of vast unknowns.
